A report By 'Lord'  from Kolkata

I watched the movie "Akti Nodir Golpo" taken from the story "Akti Nodir Golpo". In a village Mithunda was a postmaster in the film and after the death of his wife he stays with his daughter whose name is Anjana. After the completion of her study in school Anjana has joined a college in city. That village is surrounded by a wonderful river . One day Mithunda was waiting for Anjana to take her to home at bus stand. But Anjana didnt came and dada got feared .  As time passed all village people started searching for Anjana but nobody was successful. At last one day when a boy was sitting beside that river bank he suddenly saw that Anjana's body is floating on the river . He ran and gave that news to all people . Police came and investigated the case and declared that she was raped and murdered. Dada was just stuck and he didn't believed them. Dada said she died due to the snake bite. So instead of burning her body dada made it float on the river . People stopped him to do so but he didn't hear any ones voice.

After this incident dada met DM to name that village river as Anjana . But DM refused to do so.  Mithunda got mad and he started writing poetry's for his daughter, sung songs on roads and pleading help from all people to change the river name . In night time dada sits on the river bank and talks madly with his daughter.

Finally when the police caught all the culprits DM got down from the boat and saw dada is digging a hole to put up a sign board " Ai Nodir Nam Anjana" . DM also helped him to do so finally dada was happy and suddenly he started crying.

Throughout dada's performance was super . I hope this movie should win national award .
